UNAIR NEWS –聽After the university assembly at Garuda Mukti Hall Campus C 东京热, the event of the 63rd anniversary of UNAIR followed by a tasyakuran (ceremonial feast to express gratitude to God).聽The event, which was held after Friday prayers, was held on the 1st floor of UNAIR Management Office building, Campus C on Friday, November 10.
There were 63 tumpeng (cone-shaped yellow turmeric rice dish) and various dishes were also served for students, lecturers, educational staff, and invited guests.聽The event was more festive with the presence of various partners, alumni, and national choir contest championship as dies natalis event.
In the occasion, the Chief of Surabaya City Police Station (Kapolrestabes) Kombespol M. Iqbal, S.I.K., M.H. was also present. The former Kapolres of Sidoarjo and Gresik was present as one of UNAIR’s outstanding achievers and awarded by UNAIR.
After receiving the award given directly by the rector, Iqbal stated that various efforts made to maintain security stability in Surabaya cannot be separated from a police strategy.聽The strategy, according to him, includes real action and good communication with all parties, including the parties in the education sector.
“We keep trying to enter from campus to campus and stay in touch and practice our intellectuals.聽Who knows the day after tomorrow I can be a lecturer, “joked Iqbal who was greeted with applause from the audience.
Furthermore, the Rector of UNAIR Prof.聽Moh Nasih also had the opportunity to give a speech in the middle of tasyakuran festivities.聽He has repeatedly stressed that his management is very grateful to all those who have laid the foundation for UNAIR development well and those who continue to support UNAIR progress to this day.
