UNAIR NEWS 鈥听29th Student National Science Week (PIMNAS) held in Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), made every contingent from all universities in Indonesia, including UNAIR contingent.
In this prestigious event officially opened by Menristek Dikti on Monday, August 8, UNAIR with 21 teams in all categories of proposals was ready聽for聽a great competition. The work and poster exhibition is commenced in Faculty of Agriculture Hall of Institut Pertanian Bogor, Tuesday, August 9.
Being asked by a judge, Siti Ermawati, one of the contingent of UNAIR was quite confident answering the judges鈥 questions. She and her team presented their proposal on 鈥楧ental Light Chip鈥 from the category PKM 鈥 Karsa Cipta.
During the interview with UNAIR NEWS, Erma said that the most important in answering judges鈥 questions is courage and knowledge on the work presented.
“So when we are asked, we have to be able to explain as detail as possible based on what we have doen,鈥 said Erma.
The student better known as Erma also added that during judging, her team got many inputs, praises from the judges. 鈥淚nputs and praises from the judges will improve Dental Light Chip product in the future,鈥 added Erma.
Similar to Erma, Pratama Bagus Baharsyah an innovator of PKM 鈥 Karsa Cipta 鈥楲uvizer Ultraviolet Sterilizer鈥 said that inputs from the judges can be motivation. 鈥淎bout the robot, they said that ours has lots of innovation. They also asked us to improve them,鈥 said Bagus.
When being asked about their preparation for the PIMNAS, they answered chorally 鈥淯NAIR, Satu Tekad, Satu Nyali, Pasti Juara (UNAIR, One Resolve and One Courage to be Champion) 鈥. (*)
