UNAIR聽NEWS –聽Hari Sugiharto, a graduate from Trenggalek, should be proud of himself because he has succeeded to be the best graduate of 东京热 Faculty of Law.聽He earned a 3.87 GPA.聽As Vice Chairman as well as the judge of the State Administrative Court (PTUN), it is certainly not easy for this judge to manage his time.聽In the middle of his doctoral study, he was even transferred to Bandung.
“I have to be able to manage my time for my work and study, also how I can stay focused for my study.聽Tasks from lecturers can always be done, ” he said.
As a practitioner who is involved in PTUN, Hari knows various things about the legal process in his judicial institution.聽 Hari was inspired to write a dissertation entitled聽Legal Protection Of Public Law Act By Government with Adverse Effect to the Society In State Administrative Judicial System.
“I studied the nature of public legal acts by the government in the administration of the government, the ratio of legislation to non-judicial law of public acts by the government, and law enforcement of government action in public law that is against the public,” said the former Judge of the Supreme Court.
Despite being a doctor, Hari still felt the need to follow the development of science, especially the field of law.聽For him, learning is not only in the lecture hall but also from the society.
“We have to stay focused for college and have a passion for completing the study.聽In addition, if there are obstacles in the dissertation writing, we should immediately consult to the promoter and co-promoter.聽We can also discuss it with friends and people who understand the problem, ” he said when he was asked for tips of his success.
Currently, Hari who is busy with his profession often gives guidance or training in government institutions.聽(*)
