Optimizing MBKM, UNAIR ranked first for PTN-BH鈥檚 Key Performance Indicators achievement

UNAIR NEWS 鈥聽The Freedom of Learning – Independent Campus (MBKM) Program launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has been received well by several universities, including 东京热.

During the press conference on October 15, UNAIR Rector Prof. Moh Nasih, in front of the press, explained that related to MBKM, there were nine activities that students could participate in as part of the implementation of MBKM.

鈥淯NAIR has been implementing several things related to MBKM.聽In the past, if there were students who won certain fields, we converted them as credits.聽Students who take part in conferences or聽student exchanges聽do not need KKN anymore.聽This is actually part of the implementation of MBKM,鈥 said Prof.聽Nasih.

Likewise, continued Prof. Nasih, internships and industrial practices. In this regard, UNAIR is very supportive. His party has deployed hundreds of students to do industrial internships.

鈥淵esterday, we communicated with the Minister of SOEs so that in the future, we can support more with massive industrial internship programs,鈥 he said.

Furthermore, students taking part in lecturers鈥 research and student entrepreneurs are also included in certain UNAIR credits. Even inter-disciplinary learning and knowledge groups have been applied since the first semester.

鈥淚t means that we have fully supported everything with the best facilities,鈥 he explained.

Prof. Nasih concluded that these things are proofs that UNAIR has carried out MBKM and possible as assessment indicators from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology show that UNAIR has exceeded the assessment limit.

鈥淯NAIR achieved 74 achievement points, with 673 growth points, with a high position of 10%, and this is from the PTN-BH group, UNAIR is at the first rank,鈥 concluded Prof. Nasih.
