UNAIR NEWS –聽The presence of foreign students at 东京热 is a proof of internationalization and an effort towards global recognition.聽The target to be the Top 500 world’s campus became one of the reasons to invite students from various countries in the world to study in Indonesia.
To provide complete education to foreign students, through Airlangga Global Engagement (AGE) continues to organizes a variety of programs.聽One of them is by involving foreign students to participate in the activities of Community Service Program (KKN).
Head of LPM UNAIR Prof.聽Dr.聽H. Jusuf Irianto, Drs.,聽聽., said that for that matter, his unit through UNAIR Rector鈥檚 regulation, has launched KKN聽Community Outreach Program聽or known as KKN Ceria.
“This is a KKN program that we work on with AGE.聽So the participants are foreign students, “he explained.
Regarding location, KKN Ceria, according to Prof.聽Jusuf will be implemented in Jember District, East Java.聽Later, foreign students will be divided into five villages and wards.
“They will also be deployed in some designated areas,” he added.
Later, Prof.聽Jusuf added, a foreign student who attends KKN Ceria will also be accompanied by UNAIR local students.聽It is aimed so local students and foreign students can interact with each other and provide education.
“They (foreign students, ed) will also be accompanied by our students.聽So there will be interaction and mutual learning, “he concluded.
