UNAIR NEWS –聽The music performances of Choir and Orchestra Club of 东京热 opened the second day of Airlangga Education Expo, Saturday, February 24.聽Participants crowded the Airlangga Convention Center (ACC) Campus C UNAIR, were fascinated by the performances.
After the music performances, the event continued with聽a talk show聽and Q&A session on the admission to state universities by Achmad Solihin, SE., M.Si., as the Head of UNAIR Student Admission Center (PPMB).聽In front of the participants consisting of headmasters, teachers, and students, the Head of PPMB UNAIR presented various selection pathways and mechanisms to be considered.
After that, there was a simulation of “Save Lives, Start Now” which is guided directly by the academic community from Faculty of Medicine UNAIR.聽In this simulation, participants were also invited directly to perform the emergency first aid.
After the simulation, participants followed a聽talk show聽that discuss about the opportunity to follow exchange programs abroad.聽The聽talk show聽hosted by UNAIR international office staff was also attended by parents of students.
In between the events聽some participants may visit the booths that have been provided.聽The participants dominated by high school students were very enthusiastic.聽This was seen from the numerous questions asked by the visitors to the booths.
Meanwhile, in the 2nd Floor of ACC Campus C UNAIR, a聽talk show was聽held聽with聽Kompas聽Daily.聽The participants crowded the hall.
“Our target for聽talk show聽participants was聽only 150,聽but there were more than 300 participants were present,” said Hedy Diah Syahputri as the event coordinator.
On the main stage at the same time there was PSHT pencak silat performance.聽Finally, the second day was closed with the band performance from one of the high schools in Surabaya.
“Hopefully the participants can benefit from the activities we hold,” said Hedy asked about the expectations of the implementation of Airlangga Education Expo.聽“For those of you who have not been able to visit, don鈥檛 miss the last day, tomorrow, ” she concluded.
