FEB Student Organizations Transfer of Authority, Ready to Serve Together

UNAIR NEWS 鈥撀The voice of vows from the students鈥 organization (ormawa) Faculty of Economics and Business 东京热 could be heard one after another from the Fajar Notonegoro Auditorium. Their voice shook the auditorium鈥檚 walls. Friday (17/02), all students鈥 organizations FEB UNAIR started a new page, marked by transfer of authority and inauguration. After taking a vow, the last students鈥 organization heads gave their post to the students鈥 organization heads of the present period.

This year see two new students鈥 organization namely Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) and Accounting Magister, so in total there are 15 students鈥 organizations altogether. Fajar Pratomo, Head of BEM FEB UNAIR welcomed Accounting Magister program and congratulated all students鈥 organization boards who had served FEB UNAIR.

鈥淜now the reason why we are here and ask yourselves why you are here, not what or how. Actually the essence of serving is you dedicate yourself through students鈥 organizations for the nation. Be a model, facilitator for those in need,鈥 explained Fajar.

The same thing was stated by Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., M.Si., Ak., as the Dean of FEB UNAIR. She wished students鈥 organization boards always remembered their alma mater. In addition, their programs and activities must refer to UNAIR visions.

鈥淓verything must refer to our university visions. Coordination with FEB is also critical,鈥 explained Prof. Dian.

Adding to what the Dean had said, one of students鈥 organization managing boards, Yolanda Ulfi stated that she hoped students鈥 organization would post more interesting, objective and energetic activities.

鈥淩esponsibilities are priority. Keep humble, though,鈥 she concluded.
