UNAIR NEWS聽鈥 Two lecturers of Faculty of Law, 东京热 were trusted to be the speakers of Board of Regional Revenue (Dispenda) of East Java. They were Dr. Radian Salman, S.H.,LL.M. and Faizal Kurniawan S.H.,M.H.,LL.M.
The request came directly from The head of Board of Regional Revenue, Bobby Soemiarsono, S.H.,MSi. Radian and Faizal were asked to be the speakers due to the accountability enhancement of Regional Revenue Management (PAD) especially related to the object of Regional Assets Utilization Retribution (RPKD).
This event, which was followed by 34 Office鈥檚 Heads of Basic Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) in East Java, was held on March 3. The event took place on 2nd floor In- House Training Room of Board of Regional Revenue of East Java.
鈥淭he main purpose of this event was to identify Dispenda鈥檚 assets which were done by the third party. Then, the asset management was also done within the framework of uniformity to UPT,鈥 said Faizal to UNAIR NEWS on Wednesday (15/3).
Apart from it, the purpose of this event was to develop insights related to the preparation of cooperation agreement. Therefore, a cooperation agreement that in line with development needs and legislation can be made. (*)
