Academic reputation

This year鈥檚 ASIIN review focuses on programs within the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FKH) and the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPK). Both faculties have established strong academic reputations nationally and internationally. FKH currently ranks among the global top 100 and holds the number-one position in Indonesia.

鈥淭his faculty produces graduates prepared to become professional veterinarians, researchers, consultants, and entrepreneurs in the veterinary and livestock industries. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience, our graduates are equipped to make meaningful contributions to animal health and welfare,鈥 he noted.

Prof. Madyan also highlighted FPK鈥檚 expanding international reach through partnerships with leading universities from Malaysia to Turkey. 鈥淲ith both national and international accreditation, our programs emphasize fish health, nutrition, and sustainable aquatic environments. Our graduates are prepared to become leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and educators who play a pivotal role in the global fisheries and aquaculture sectors,鈥 he added.
