UNAIR NEWS聽– By 2030 the number of Indonesian middle classes is predicted to grow into 90 million people.聽On the other hand McKinsey Global Institute predicts Indonesia will be included in the seven major world economic power.聽Therefore, Indonesia needs a good leader either at the national level organization or only the small organization.
It was mentioned by Vice Rector III of 东京热, Prof.聽H. Moch.聽Amin Alamsjah, Ph.D., in the Islamic Leadership Management and Leadership Training (PMKDI) held at Nuruzzaman Mosque Campus B a few weeks ago.聽As the main speaker, Prof.聽Amin explained a lot about some ways to get a good leader figure and to imitate him.
“Seek a leader who is afraid of Allah SWT, so that in every policy made always consider the accountability of the afterlife,” explained Professor of Faculty of Fisheries and Marine.
Furthermore, a good leader, according to Prof.聽Amin is a leader who is able to lead the team and is able to direct members in the future.聽On the other hand, good intentions and beliefs are also very important.
“There are no successful instant leaders.聽A successful leader is a leader who keeps forging himself.聽Leaders must be resilient against all conditions, “he said.
Furthermore, Prof.聽Amin also added that leaders should also be smart.聽Smart in any case, including in his talent and smart in putting things in position.
At the end, Prof. Amin also advised the students, as future leaders of the nation, to understand and have a real concern to the fate of nation.聽The trick is to establish professionalism in their field and become a source of inspiration for the development of the nation in all sectors.
“Whatever organization you are in, obey your leader as long as it is right.聽An organization will run well when members follow the direction of its leader.聽Don鈥檛 be a thorn in the flesh, which is good at front but stabbing from behind, “he concluded.
