UNAIR NEWS聽鈥 After carrying out their duties for approximately six months, students of the Teaching Campus (Kampus Mengajar) Program Batch 5 of 2023 officially completed their duties at the Withdrawal Ceremony on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.聽The program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek) had assigned more than twenty thousand students from more than 700 universities, including聽东京热 聽(UNAIR) throughout the country.
Appreciation to participants
The Academic Director of Vocational Higher Education Dr. Beny Bandanadjaja ST MT appreciated the participants鈥 dedication through the聽Zoom聽meeting room.聽鈥淵our decision and commitment to making a positive contribution to society, especially in schools, demands consistency, it鈥檚 very inspiring,鈥 he said to the participants.
Apart from having an impact on school construction, Dr Beny hopes that this opportunity will also have a positive impact on undergraduate and vocational students. Also, it will be a valuable lesson for the future of each participant.
鈥淲e are sure that we open the gates for school students to dream and set their goals as high as the sky,鈥 he said.
Strengthening education transformation in Indonesia
The Teaching Campus Program allows students to assist the teacher鈥檚 role in face-to-face learning, literacy, numeracy, technology adaptation, and administrative and managerial activities. After several implementations, this program has successfully developed fun learning strategies and models for elementary and junior high schools where participants are assigned. For this reason, implementing this program contributes to improving and strengthening the transformation of the quality of education in Indonesia.
