Psychological problems or mental health problems are interpreted as anything felt in a person that can disrupt the person’s daily life. Not only for people who feel sadness but also people who feel excessive pleasure.

“Psychological problems are when anything we feel interferes with in our daily lives, for example falling in love makes us forget to eat or prefer to take a walk instead of studying. Even though falling in love is fun, but if it is disturbing everyday life, there is something wrong with that, ” she added.

As closing statement, Adismara revealed that in an era of sophisticated technology people should not be slaves to technology itself. She appealed that as much as possible the community should not become victims of the technological sophistication because it can cause mental health problems.

“The most important thing is to realize that technology is in your hands, you are not technology slaves, Instagram slaves, content slaves. The point is, don’t let yourself become victims of technology, you have to become the ruler of that technology, ” she concluded. (*)
