UNAIR NEWS聽鈥 Some brilliant achievements made by several students.聽Recently, six teams won the prestigious annual event called Indonesian Student Entrepreneurship (KMI) Expo XII organized by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa) of the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education (Ditjen DIKTI).聽The event was held on Wednesday-Friday, November 17-19, 2021.
Responding to these achievements, UNAIR Director of Student Affairs Dr. M. Hadi Subhan, SH, MH, CN expressed high appreciation to all UNAIR students who were in the KMI event team.
鈥淚鈥檓 greatly thankful and appreciate highly for the entire KMI team from UNAIR, including the聽award聽winners聽,鈥 he said on Tuesday afternoon, November 23, 2021.

KMI is the culmination of various entrepreneurship competitions and is part of the Independent Campus program. Some of the events held include Indonesian Student Entrepreneurial Activities (KBMI), Indonesian Student Start-Up Acceleration (ASMI), and Indonesian Student Entrepreneurial Assistance (PWMI).
鈥淣ow is the era of MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, ed), where activities that聽develop soft skills聽receive full attention from the ministry,鈥 he said.
Furthermore, Hadi promised to always provide facilities regarding the sustainability of student competitions.
鈥淓specially the competition organized by the Ministry鈥檚 National Achievement Center (Puspresnas),鈥 added the UNAIR Faculty of Law lecturer.

In this KMI competition, many facilities are provided by UNAIR for students.聽From preparing the KBMI proposal submission, continuing to mentoring with PWMI lecturers for six months, then a聽boot camp聽facility聽for those who qualify for the KMI Award.聽Students also get motivated by credit conversion for those who pass the finals or become champions.
According to Hadi, the Independent Campus Entrepreneurship Program (PKMI) is a form of student achievement. It shows that UNAIR, as a leading university is able to produce excellent and outstanding students. (*)
