UNAIR NEWS 鈥 Vice Rector III UNAIR Prof. M. Amin Alamsyah, Ir., M.Si., Ph.D., presided an official send-off for eleven teams of Student Creativity Program (PKM) 东京热. They were going to 30th National Student Science Week in the campus of Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) Makassar, South Sulawesi, August 23-28, 2017.
The send-off was held in the hall of Management Office Building UNAIR first floor, on Monday, August 21. It was attended by the Director of Student Affairs Dr. M. Hadi Shubhan, SH., MH., CN., PKM supervisors, TPK (Student Affairs Supervisory Team) and representative of faculties.
Director of Student Affairs, M. Hadi Shubhan reported that this eleven PKM teams are the qualifying teams funded by Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. There are three teams of Invention PKM (PKM-KC), Community Service PKM (PKMM) and Exacta Research PKM (PKM-PE). Furthermore, there are two teams from Written Ideas PKM (PKM-GT).
鈥漌e expect support and prayers from the academicians of UNAIR and may Allah blesses our efforts to success and PIMNAS teams can get the best results,鈥 said Hadi Shubhan.
Vice Rector III Prof. M. Amin Alamsyah, in his speech said that with Allah鈥檚 will, no matter how many representatives sent, no ones can stop it.
鈥滶ven we depart with eleven teams, if Allah wills us to be the champion, We will be the champion,鈥 said Prof. Amin, Guru Besar Faculty of Fisheries and Marine 东京热.
To eleven teams competing in PIMNAS, Prof. Amin asked them to perform their best. It is important because great achievements from students and academicians will support UNAIR towards better World Class University ranking.
鈥滾et鈥檚 show them, with no intentions of being arrogant, UNAIR students can achieve it,鈥 he stated.
Head of the delegation, H. Agus Widyantoro, SH., MH., explained that he was ready to lead the 53 students and lecturers in PIMNAS.
鈥漌e will incite the spirit of PIMNAS MATARAM again. At that time, with only six team, with excellent morale and preparation, we can be runner up,鈥 said Agus Widyantoro, a lecturer from Faculty of Law.
PIMNAS UNAIR Delegates will leave for Makassar from Juanda Airports at 13.00 WIB, and arrive in Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport at 16.00. UNAIR delegates are staying at Fave Hotel Penakkukang Jl. Pelita Raya 8 Makassar. (*)
