The authors argue that Indonesia\u2019s legal system does not yet recognize a proper <em>Good Samaritan Doctrine<\/em>, creating fear among citizens who may hesitate to provide aid because of potential civil liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study highlights how the lack of legal immunity can negatively affect social solidarity and humanitarian values.
