Banyuwangi Public Health UNAIR and BEM FKM UNEJ Share Organizational Experience

UNAIR NEWS聽– Student Association (HIMA) Study Program (Prodi) S1 Public Health Off Main Campus Study Program(PSDKU) 东京热 (UNAIR) in Banyuwangi or often called B-PHA (Banyuwangi Public Health Association) held a sharing experience event with the Student Executive Board (BEM) of Faculty of Public Health (FKM) of Jember University (Unej).聽The activity followed with a seminar was held on Sunday, April 15.

The discussion and聽sharing聽experience between two organizations was held for three hours.聽It was held to explore the knowledge and experience surrounding organizations on their respective campuses.

In the Hall FKM Unej, there were 38 board members of B-PHA UNAIR 2018 and organizers and 65 officials of BEM FKM UNEJ 2018.

Head of B-PHA PSDKU UNAIR 2018 in Banyuwangi Saiful Azis Setyawan revealed that there were many positive things that can be taken from the comparative study.聽In particular, he continued, on how the implementation of student affairs programs and community service.

“A lot of positive program information can be obtained.聽Most importantly, about the implementation of program development of the assisted village, the method of student development and administrative governance, and problem聽solving聽, “he said.

“For example, how to overcome the lack of student involvement in the program,鈥 he added.

Advisor of B-PHA PSDKU in Banyuwangi 2018 Dian Santoprayoga S.KM., M.Kes., hoped that the activities, especially the discussion, can provide an overview and solutions for the two organizations so they are able to develop their organizations.

“Hopefully with a discussion like this, each organization can fix the shortcomings.聽In addition, they can share good experiences on organizational development, ” he explains.

“Furthermore, the discussion is expected certain conclusion can be realized through innovation of work programs next year to be more creative,” he added.聽(*)
